This past weekend marked a big weekend for our Florida Elite Program. The Florida Weightlifting Federation sent both a women’s and men’s team to compete for the 2017 national title. All of the lifters representing Team Florida Elite had amazing performances which included many top 10 finishes, several podium spots, two national champions, and an American record!
Thank you to all the coaches and athletes who supported Team Florida Elite. We are proud to say that our women’s team finished first place and our men’s team finished fourth! Congratulations to everyone and make sure to look for our Florida Youth Elite Team in Atlanta next month!
