Meet Bid 

(for meet directors only. In order to secure a date to host a meet.  Submission of this form will be considered by the FWF Board for final approval)
Effective February 7, 2009, meet directors must pay the FWF 15% of gross earnings from entry fees; failure to do so within 30 calendar days will result in a $50 per month late fee.  Denial of sanctioning future meets by same host is up to the discretion of the FWF Board.  Also, meet results must be submitted to USAW & FWF Secretary, Jesse Reynolds, within 10 business days; failure to do so will result in a $50 late fee.
